Inquiring minds would like to know? Is that asking too much?

So no rumours as to why Mookie was packed in a van this weekend in Toronto.

I'd like to start speculation - the rig is getting a repaint, lol

^^^ Wondered that myself. I figured it was getting setup for two riders, adding parts etc. But, I'm not gonna hold my breath

Because it's a pain to take the big rig across the border.

Speaking of the border, and since this thread is going to go nowhere anyway, did anyone get refused entry back into the U.S.?

A lot of times the teams alter their regular transportation for Toronto due to different Canadian truck regulations.

No. He probably see how much Mookie is struggling with the fitness and knows he's nowhere near where he'd need to be to be competitive.

Would be cool if he did, but I would have to say no. Maybe he just plans to line up and see how it goes? Doubtful but hopeful!

My guess on the van setup would be that bringing a semi truck from the last round to canada and then to daytona for only one bike would be a waste.

Come on you're killing my theory. Both reasons very true - a little bit of planning mans you don't get stuck at the border though.

Wonder if the riders in vans really say why they are coming up here? If they say it's for the race that could be considered a form of employment...we get a tough enough time having techs come up here with their tools.

Mookie did not fade last night. He did a compete tank job. Not sure what was wrong but just makes you wonder how much he trains.

I think there's a bunch of paperwork that also needs to be filed ahead of time. So maybe he couldn't even if he wanted to do it.

I don't see him on the entry list, but that could change between now and Saturday:

As a JS7 superfan I would selfishly like to see him ride again, but totally understand if he is done. His career has already been stellar, he doesn't owe us anything. I'm just happy for the highlight reels of him on a 125, meeting him in Indy after he gave us VIP passes in 2012, and getting to see a win in Detroit in 2014.

35 entries, if he shows up he'll make the night show.

Bigger bikes, longer mains, better competition. It's not the 250 east.
