Peloton has been getting a lot of use. 120+ miles in past week. I measure caloric output in bud light bottles to drink in the garage while working on the 69 Honda S90 and finishing up a 73 Husqvarna 250.

Yes I live in Kalispell. That race is still going on, it just has a different name now. I think it's called the Huckleberry 100.

I am grateful for the mx community here on vital.

Such a diverse group of awesome people.

I have gotten away from following news feeds.

All the links and information I need to follow the situation are posted here along with experienced professionals in so many different enviroments.

I appreciate those that post informative, articulate points without being condescending, even if they are different than mine.

My opinion has shifted somewhat since the beginning of this situation as a result of researching and contemplating stuff posted here.

As far as passing the time, my
Girlfriend runs a stable with 60 horses, so staying busy. Schools are out so seem to be at least 10 teen age girls and retirees at the barn from 8 to 8 everyday.

Sometimes i long for social distancing...from horses.

Seems to be raining every 24 hours, for 24 hours.

Supposed to be nice for 3 days starting thursday, so she has scheduled several offsite trail rides of 12 riders, and could probably schedule a few more. If they drive their cars to the trailhead social distancing is not really an issue.

GF's sister is an ICU shift leader. She isn't panicking at all. They do have a plan to isolate her if covid takes off here in NE tn, so we have been getting a relative's house ready for her and a couple other nurses to stay in if it come to that.

Nice!! Just doing a re-cover or is this a scratch build. I had the 33% Aviation model Yak 54 as one of my giant scale birds. I jumped up into the 35% and 40% as well , but the damn 40% would of cost me around $8,000.00 to finish it.....so I said screw it and stuck with my 35% birds. Hard to say what my favorite size was , since I flew everything from foamies , to larger electric and 30% - 40% birds. All aerobatic , Yaks , Suhkoi's , edge's , Slick's , ECT.....gotta say , I really miss that hobby. I still most all my motors and electronics , but had to sell all my big airframes when I moved into this smaller house. Still have my bigger electrics ( 58" -70" ) and one good sized 33% hand built Columbia Anderson Pitts Stinker , which I couldn't get myself to sell. The damn airframe was about $1900.00. all composite Fuse and airbrushed.
Just recovering it. This is my first large plane. Biggest be for was some 60 nitro planes. Picked this up on a good deal and decided to strip it and make sure everything was ok and give it some love. You have a lot more experience than me! Sounds like you’ve flown a ton of fun planes!

After Portland Er quarantine, I rolled out to Wenatchee WA. To get a load of apples going to Ohio. In 95 with the strongest horizontal drill rig in the world, we drilled under the columbia river, then pulled a big gas line threw. Prob should,ve stayed with that job. But it,s great to be back in the area.Smile

Stemilt is an insane facility. Probably the most tech advanced fruit packing and storage facility in the world right now. They are always busy, but with a 10 hour wait it sounds like they are probably even busier than usual.

They invested in this a few seasons ago, and it is incredible.

Any of you guys get dumbbells or heavy gym equipment shipped to your house? If so, where from? The 5lb through 40lb I currently have are good, but if this is going to linger on for another month I want some more weights Bro! Laughing

Well, they basically just shut down all the hiking trails in LA County, and all beach parking lots because people are not being smart about this issue.

My friend lives on a street that is popular for parking at Fryman Canyon (very popular hiking area here in the SFV, and my personal favorite). He said he has never seen so many people trying to find a place to park and he has lived on that street for 24 years.

This is why we can't have nice things.
