I really want to buy this one off of Craigslist. It was my first race bike.

That is a great looking MR 50. My first bike, age 5. Kept it until I was 10 and I don't even have memories of having to learn to use the clutch.

Yeah it's not mine tho, I did it as a winter project at the shop for a customer, it was a fun little job and those were cool little bikes

That Honda cub made me think of a kids show we used to watch in the early 90s, they would race those things on a course through mud holes and such.(cant remember the name) memory lane.... nice collection ^^^^^^

Is that a 140cc Piranha? I have one in a XR70 right now but recently picked up a CT70 roller and have been wanting to swap the 140 into that... What else besides the special intake elbow is required to get it to fit/mount correct?

Just picked up this mint super low hour 1996 KX100. It looks out of place with all the Hondas in the garage!

^^whoa, supermini time capsule! What's the story behind it? Did you have to pony up for it, or was the price too good to pass up??

The KX was said to have been in a crate till 2015. The original owner said it has less than 1 hour on it. It is so clean it's insane. I had to buy it together with another bike that my Dad really wanted (restored 1978 RM370).
I will most likely sell the KX.

My current toy. It's a 2014 KLX140L with KX100 forks. It's a great pitbike and a lot of fun! I'm old and I get cramped up on a 110 so I wanted something a little larger. Before this, we modified my son's first bike (2005 KLX110) into a replica of Dungey's 2009 RMZ250f. We used suspension from a Pitster Pro. We had a lot of great times on that bike!!

Yes, it's the Piranha. I added a different fuel petcock. Other than that, bolt on and go!

The chain guard didn't fully match up though.

As a rabid 13 year old in the late 70's, these mythical creatures were the holy grail of all things mini racer. The Jeff Ward Mini Elsinores were one of those things I came to believe that I would never own. Enter the mid life crisis and I ended up buying a half dozen of them from all corners of the country. Two nice ones here, one as a racer and one as a Ward Replica.

Yes, I know the tank badges are backward. I changed them a while ago.
