If any of you WE guys will be at or around Daytona this weekend, TDR Motorsports will be there as well. He will have his software on hand and could load your tune right then and there for you!

Anyone install acerbis plastics yet? If so did you notice the difference in the exhaust side number plate?

Stock had rubber cushions and a minor heat sheild. Acerbis has nothing.

And if you have ran the acerbis, did you notice it rubbing the pipe badly?

The last Acerbis rear number plate I used came with the heat shield stickers and the rubber cushions on the side to install. Was for the 17-20 bike not the 21

I used acerbis. I put the stock rubbers in the acerbis side panels and mine had the heat tape if I recall correctly.

Ended up pulling off old stock lower black parts and installing on Acerbis. Bogus they don’t include the cushions and wire shield/cushion. Would like to know if Polisport does.

Did some reaching out to Acerbis. They were just made aware that their plastics weren't coming with everything needed for appropriate installation. They stated that the manufacturer in Italy wasn't sending everything. They are working on a fix for it now. Email their contact line from their website and they will get you on a list to receive the rest of the stuff once they have a solution.

Cycra says April or May they will be releasing their full plastic kit.

Also little side note, if you order from Throttle Jockey, their website says 5-6 processing. It's more like 3 weeks of processing at this point. I would avoid them.

Just got my ecu back from Tokyo mods. Weather is finally warming up ready to see how improved the motor feels down low. Little guy is ready to ride, can’t wait to take him around on his stacyc.

Not a huge fan of these MX33's, at least not the front. Still also getting the suspension dialed in. I switched to an XPR mapped Vortex - there connection maps are really good so far. The aggressive map makes a ton of power as well.

I don't mind the 33s. However, the 120 had to go down the road. I hate 120s because they make every bike harder to lay over in turns.

Just finished watching keef's review, he recommends switching to the MX3S in the front at the very least.

EDIT: Keef posted the video 2 weeks but I can't find that tire available ANYWHERE

Chaparral apparently has 10+ fronts, at least according to their website.

All I know is the rear shock shaft is larger and coated. If you haven't ever done springs on your own, it's easy even if you're only a little mechanically inclined. The vital video made it easy. Just gotta spend a few bucks on proper tools.
Do happen to have a link to the video? Is it for forks and shock? Thanks!!

Hey bud, couple questions, how was the bike on pump gas with your tune, any flame out or low end burble. What map are you using 1.2 or 3. Did you remove muffler insert?

Just got my TDR mapped ECU just waiting on snow to melt.

No flame out, pump gas worked just fine as far as I could tell. No bog or stutter at all. I've been using map 3 as I like the hit it has low and pulls to the moon. My muffler insert is still in. May try pulling it out when I'm at a track.

Wheels I built. Excel takasago rims, excel spokes and tusk hubs. It was a backup wheelset to my previous bike. I wanted to try some Hoosiers as I’ve heard good things about them.

Thinking of an extra wheel set too.. were you able to use previous years?
