Wanted to give a big thumbs up to a site sponsor Mobius. Had a retaining tension cable break last weekend. Called Monday, replacement parts to my door in 2 days. If I would have registered my braces, then I'm sure I would have know about the upgraded cable. Awesome replacement how to guide too.
I forget the guys name that I talked to, but he took the time to help. They want to get the braces back when I have time to service and inspect. I offered to pay for the parts, shipping, something, wouldn't take it. All was said was "Thanks for trusting your knees with us".
