Supercross is the only series that has had the same boring rules forever.
Should supercross change up some of the rules?
Reset the points for the last few rounds?
Joker lane?
The new rules in Arenacross have made for some exciting racing for the fans and kept things interesting down the stretch.

The Shop
Obviously LA coliseum, I think Pontiac Silverdome SX, even a little section in the Ole King Dome back in the late 80's?
So much elevation gain/loss in stadiums, lets use it, Dammit!!
no more east/west coast 250s; one 250 class, one 450 class.
3/4 of the show is a waste of time with qualifiers that don't mean anything. I would run day qualifiers and make massive changes to the night program.
Pit Row
Every change in the last 10 years have been totally negative.
Bring back.
Heats, semis and LCQ
22 riders in the small bore class
30 riders at Daytona
Racing during the day for making the night show.........no timed practice
Use the whole floor space.
Grand National Champ. Combination of both MX and SX points
Change
AT least 1:00 lap times
ENFORCE THE FREAKING RULES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now if I had MY way.....................Turn 17 rounds of SX in about 7 or 8 and make a 20 race outdoor season.
Or at least 250 vs 250, no matter what stroke or brand it is.
SX is stale.
The 250 class is the feeder class for privateers to attempt to get their feet wet. If you combine it, you only make it harder, and more expensive (travel) than it already is.
Worst idea.
The only way to slow them down at this point is with wall jumps and sand, which disrupt the racing so badly, even my girlfriend says "I can't stand those wall jump thingies"
If you want to hate me for bringing logic, go right ahead.
