Hoping someone can point me into some help with this issue.

My buddy got some Shift Blue Label gear about three weeks ago and he loved it, but the gear has just fallen apart. The guy is a muscular military build by no means out of shape and the pants have just blown out. 36W.

He's not a 30-minute moto guy its more like 4-5 lap guy at a time, maybe rides twice a week a total of an hour at a time. So for some Expensive pants to fall apart that fast is just a bummer especially in the butt and crotch area and not the knees.

Any guy is a good Ex-Marine and family dude just hoping to get in contact with someone at Shift to see what I can do for him

Call Shift or whoever sold it to him. Wouldn’t that just make sense?

And maybe get him to call them, not sure why you would contact them on his behalf unless you purchased the set.
I find Fox/Shift customer service top notch. The couple times I had to contact them about Instinct boot hardware issues they sent the parts to me free of charge on their dime.

Most gear is overpriced garbage. Oh but it’s “light weight”.

Call Fox/Shift. They’ll likely have him email photos. Their customer service is pretty solid - I’m sure they’ll either replace them or give a steep discount on another set of gear.

If he bought it online the only way to go is shift directly. If he got it from a dealer, the dealer can get store credit from the rep and get a new set

Doesn’t look like a defect to me. Looks like he bought the wrong size. Unsure
