Maybe dump the 16 rider or less semi's for a 10 lap full gate 125 race! I don't see it changing who makes the main in 450's. I would love to see a full gate of wide open 125's have a shake on the whoops at A2!

It would be awesome to see the heat races take 9 guys again, which would leave the time slotted for the semis open for two 125 motos. Either that, or run a quick 7 lap race between 450 semi 2 and the 450 lcq to give those guys a few minutes to catch their breath. Either way, it would damn cool to see and even cooler if it was open for amateurs, maybe run a qualifying session the day before or something after press day. Even better if homoligation rules were taken out of play to allow for some exotic brands to get involved.

There are just enough capable riders to fill out the 250 main. The caliber of guy who would be in a 125 SX race would be scary to watch IMO.

Your memory is obviously not good enough to remember how shitty it was with no semis and seeded riders being able to get a free pass into the main.

I have landed on my head a few times, maybe my long term memory is shot.... but what's wrong with 2 heats and a lcq? Do we really need 5 night show opportunities plus all the qualifying earlier for the night show to determine who the top 22 guys are? Semi's have been slow all season... I personally would rather watch a full gate do one official race then 2 qualifiers that have 16 or less riders and only the top 8 guys out of the gate are fighting to make the main. The rest of the guys are saving energy for the next qualifier.

I love the semis but I would definitely trade them for a 125 Amateur class.
