Any rumors yet regarding the injury... looked brutal like a femur. This season continues to be brutal

When he grabbed his crotch, I thought dislocated hip-he almost seemed quick to get up, then something in his body said "nope, not gonna happen". Hope it looked worse than it is.

I hope the best for Cole. This harsh injury part of this sport sucks.

Looked like there was a bend in his femur when he first sat up.

Can't really tell where the bike hit him, upper thigh/pelvis/groin. Possibly just a nut shot and he's walking around the supermarket looking for frozen peas right now.

I heard the same as Langham. I'd rather it be my femur than a pelvis though. Sucks for Cole for sure.

The Femur is held in place by the pelvis...
When it's not being held in place, it's bound to look awkward.

You heard right.
And yeah... Pelvis is a bitch, I've broke mine in 2 places and it took 4 months to heal.

For sure. We were riding with Johnny O behind my house in Simi back in the day and my friend dislocated his hip and he didn't walk right for almost a year.

So bummed for Cole.

I’ve seen a few pelvis injuries in football and It’s nasty. If it is in fact the pelvis what’s the shelf time for something like that?

Sorry, just saw Langham said 4 months... that’s shitty

True. It's not like FOX Sports has no experience with pit reporters in motor sports..EvilSidewaysWhistling

Glad we know from Racer X so we don't have to read all the I thinkers post what they think.

Pelvis and tailbone. That’s gonna be a while. This season has been fucked. 450s coming up short on quads too... why?

Whether or not the actual impact of him hitting the ground did any damage, the bike really got him full force and with fucking brutal accuracy.

Brutal, hope he comes back 100%. Doubt he’ll be ready for outdoors.

Jeremy Martin fill in for some 450 West races? Or even East if he’s way out of the championship?
