HRC Honda turned up at Matterley Basin British MXGP with their full 8 wheeler set up, two trucks, four HRC technicians flown in from Japan but NO riders!
We know the luckless Max Nagel is out with injuries sustained in a practice track crash but Russian rider Evgeny Bobryshev has been refused a visa to enter Britain for this weekend's MXGP.
Speaking to HRC race boss Roger Harvey, he said " Bobby" applied a month ago for a travel visa, went to the British Embassy in Moscow but it was refused!
Perhaps annexing Crimea wasn't a good idea by the Russians.
Ironically fellow Russian rider Alex Tonkov was granted a visa, go figure!
