So usually catch A1 for my birthday and . then another random round depending on who’s in the hunt. Want to go to San Diego round this year and looking for suggestions on hotel’s. Extra days for checking out the city too.

FWIW really hoping Jett is racing West!! And who knows maybe CR22 decides to show up.

If/when cr22 decides to do a sx it won’t be a California round would be my guess. He will do one closer to his home. Last year he was planning to do the atl rounds so that would be my guess.

Hilton Bayfront. That's where I stay. Very nice hotel, right on the water, few bars in it, and a 3 minute walk to the stadium.

I always stay at the Omni. It's literally right across the street from Petco and at the foot of Gaslamp District. Don't need a car for two days.

Omni Hotel is ok, a bit overpriced, but you can take the bridge over to the stadium without having to mingle with the unwashed masses on the street.

San Diego has been good to Reed. I believe he's tied for most wins at San Diego.

DO NOT stay at the comfort inn in the Gas lamp district. My cheap ass buddy didnt want to spend what the Hard Rock wanted so he said lets try this one. Pictures online look decent, but once there ' was garbage. Worse thing about it was he had to back out at the last minute and I didn't want to lose my money so I was stuck.
