The commentators went on about making statements earlier in the year. Thats a fucking statement.

Dungey had nothing to hold him back. Got a great start. Had a clear track... while Tomac was near the back in the first turn.

Tomac not only caught him. But gapped him. Unreal performance. I thought the start woukd be enough to keep Tomac from winning. But he is well and truly on another level.

Hope Kenny comes back ready next year, or the race will be for 2nd for everyone else.

Dungey has had so much success and stood at the top, but the color Kawasaki Green must give him nightmares

Wow..wow..wowowow....

Just...wow

It's always thrilling to see someone with such immense natural talent, technique, skill, and work ethic perform up to their potential - regardless of sport. That was one HELL of a ride, I'm kind of at a loss for words. Great race.

Damn, Eli will not be denied. No way Dungey wins title this year. Dungey has been a great champ but he just doesn't look to me like he wants it like Tomac does. Don't think anyone can dispute that.

I disagree. Dungey looks the same, there is only 1-2 people on the planet that can beat him consistently in SX. RV2 and ET3.

Holeshot for Dungey, almost the worst start possible for Tomac. Tomac gains 16 seconds to beat Dungey, with most of that time gained in traffic. Wow.

Ugh why do they think riders using "we" and "us" is a good thing. We know you are on a team but it's not illegal to say "I"

I think James in his prime would take that title or die trying.

I think he looks less committed in his riding. He is smooth and consistent but it lacks urgency

Did Fox just pick up Blair for a new permanent spot then? Good debut if you ask me. He sounded solid and wasn't waffling and what he said made sense and he spoke with authority. A good addition

Wrong. He beat JA by almost 8 seconds. It is not that RD has slowed down. It is that Eli is that much faster.

Well, as always I enjoyed the shit out of that! Thank you to all the fuggers that provided stream options.
My heart is still pumping and I have no favourite in this battle.

Blair did good a great addition.
Did Tomac get creative? It looked to me like his raw speed through the whoops and pure muscle did the trick.

I'm not surprised. I've been saying this for three months. Who's gonna beat Tomac in the next five years? He could potentially creep on some MC numbers if he doesn't get burnt out.
4/22/2017 10:17pm
My wife said is Tomac coming back? I said no way he's too far back. What the hell do I know. 24-0? Is dungey racing outdoors?

I dunno, I bet if you overlay 2015 Dunge and 2017 Dunge you see very little difference.

Edit: That's why everyone got worked up about Dunge when Villo was beating him. Because everyone thinks he has the ability to turn it up that extra notch, but he doesn't/won't.

He was on a mission! Dungey looked to be struggling through the whoops... Or Emi Tolac was just haulin arse through them. What a race though!
