So, let's put it this way... You are watching a drama on Netflix that you absolutely love and are totally invested in, then right when shit is getting good I decide to edit in a recap of last weeks show, are you just like "welp, it's in HD and all is good!"?

Complaining about the issues with the broadcast has brought some changes, but man, it could be so much better.

I’ve emailed them in the past pointing them directly to a website that is charging a smaller fee for their content and the responded to me as if I was wasting their time. So I don’t have any faith in their email chain nor do I feel like they give a damn in improving their product. Fuck em.
