Hey guys! I am sure some of ya'll may have heard of a documentary Web series on Vimeo OnDemand entitled Spectrum. The idea itself came up about two years ago on a road trip to Andrew Short's farm for a video project (A Test of Time). We started discussing the concept of releasing content on a VOD platform as a way to potentially create content we truly believe in without a Web site telling us who, what, where, when, and how to do things, blah, blah, blah. Anyhow, that spawned the Josh Grant Intersection idea, which will release this September (finally, and we do apologize for the wicked delay) and also the idea of creating a documentary Web series that highlights different athletes at different points in their careers.
Now, present day, SPECTRUM is a reality and we just released our second episode today, exclusively on Vimeo OnDemand! Episode One, which released in December, features Andrew Short and his family. Andrew and Jacki go in-depth about his struggles to win, why he never put it together, the health scares with their youngest, Hudson, L&MC falling apart, and so much more! Episode II, which just launched today, features Supercross rookie, Luke Renzland and eight year SX veteran, Jimmy Albertson (and, yes, Georgia, too!). Episode II dives into Renzland's unique struggles in the amateur ranks of being overlooked despite winning Loretta's multiple times, and also follows him through his first-ever Daytona Supecross experience! From morning practice to the main event, we were able to gain full access to document Luke's experience. We also visit Mr. Jimmy Albertson in Shawnee, OK to show his home life and the struggles of balancing being a rider, team owner, and husband all the while not earning a salary.
It is an eight episode series, episode one is 22-minutes long and episode two is 36-minutes long. Each episode costs a whopping $2.50. Or, you can buy the entire series for $14.99. Episode III will feature Cole Seely and release next month. If you have the chance, interest, or spare change, I'd hugely appreciate the time to check out what we are doing. This is 200% coming out of our own pocket to fund. No industry sponsors or fancy budgets. All the profit we make goes directly into the next episode. We are not trying to get rich. I just simply feel there is big void in unique, creative content, and this is our small and modest attempt at filling said void! Thanks, guys. I appreciate it!!

Thank you for the content man!
This thing was an idea that we've been working on for about two years now. Originally, I had wanted to create this type of content while I was working for some of the moto sites, but was told by them nobody would be interested, no budget, doesn't fit what we need/the people want, etc. So, we went out on a limb, took a chance on ourselves, and and said "screw it," we'll do it ourselves and find a platform to bring it life. And, it's working! There will be a season two and a season III of this series. Pre-production and scheduling for season II has already commenced!
Keep making this stuff and I will keep paying for it.
Anyways, the thing that was so cool was that their were about 5 riders that were over 80 years old! A bunch of 70! I wanted to go buy a pit board just to write "your my hero" on it while these guys were racing!
I think it would be a cool story to show that side of the sport.
