Does anybody else get really small little blisters on their ankles from these boots or am i the only whack job that gets them?? Other than that, i really like the boots.. but if i keep getting blisters, i will have to choose another boot...

I never have. Maybe try adjusting the buckles to that area either more tight or more loose to see if it helps.

Love my SG-12s, but i do notice they're a little tight right above my ankles where the bottom of my pants are. Never gotten any blisters, but I should probably try to loosen the buckle around that area.

Same. They are definitely tight around my ankles, but no blisters.

Nope... but they do push on the inside of my big toes that hurt by the end of the day. Mine are the older style with the tall toe caps and they are also almost 5 years old so maybe that’s it?

I've found that every once in awhile I get a pinching feeling around my ankle, and I loosen all buckles and kinda just re-fit all the buckles and get the boot snug again.

It goes away when they break in. When mine were new I couldn't walk in them because they hurt so bad on my shins right above my ankles, good to go now.

This gentleman is correct, I think. There is a thick memory foam pad on either side of the ankle it is one of the boots best features IMO. My feeling is that the straps are loose, allowing lots of movement, causing them to move on your ankles and rub them.

Also try using a different, more slippery sock.

Definitely try a decent sock like the fox forma etc.

Best way to stretch boots is put an inner tube in them and pump it up and leave it over night

No issues with mine

I did have a weird pressure point just above the ankle below the shin area. I put a large yankee candle in it for 3-4 days and that did the trick for “break-in” for me. I know, sounds odd but it worked.
