Very entertaining but wow.. seems like he has lost it a little, he is pretty out-there in that interview

He's a fruit bat. Half the shit he says contradicts himself, and sounds like he makes it up on the run

Kinda sounds like a rambling coke head at times, but I’m not sure if it’s legit or just an act.
When he talks moto and training etc he seems way more normal and on point.

Yeah good for him for being happy etc.
But that interview he definitely contradicted himself and waffled especially when some callers asked him questions.
But the dude is loving life, so that’s bloody cool

Speaking of contradicting - I noticed how he said he still has his place in California... but in the next breath said he sold his house and isn’t married to a place anymore.

Unmm...there is this thing called renting! Just maybe he has a rental that is month to month? 🤷‍♂️

hes in his mid 40s and has nothing to show for it..there are alot of ex-stars from the 90s who are not doing too hot now.

its sad.

Ryno reminded me of keefer, long winded circular stories of common sense.

However he seems happy healthy and enjoying life so that's great.

|

5/3/2020 7:08 AM

The guy is happy that’s all that matters

|

5/3/2020 7:08 AM

Regardless of what he is or isn't, he's not doing anyone any harm.

Has a business, is living life the way he wants after obviously being thrown a bunch of curveballs along the way. Good on him.

As if hanging out in Hawaii, eating, exercising and being happy is a bad way to be.

Cheers, Crush

He needs to stick to sharing Moto, diet and exercise. His life coach lessons are hard to follow and contradictory.

The big D spun him for a loop, but glad he’s out and about doing his own thing and not harming people

He was/ will be again training one of the top MXGP riders, been doing mx schools all over the world for many years. Along with ryno power. And has found peace which is very hard for any ex pro level athletes. Nothing to show for is not the term I would use maybe hes not rich but who gives a F.

Correct. Doing what you want, when you want, how you want makes you rich....

Dude seems to be doing ok seeing how he hasn’t had a “real job” in quite a few years and is what, mid 40’s?

Nothing to show for it?!? Ryno is an absolute legend. One of the gnarliest dudes ever

All in on Ryno.

That guy can make all the money he wants to make teaching kids to ride! I doubt he’s on food stamps

|

5/3/2020 9:52 AM

Ryno is awesome and nothing but positive. I feel bad for the people hating on him, miserable life that must be

|

5/3/2020 9:59 AM

A lot of people don't get him. What he says is not that far out there, it's just the basic philosophy of living in the moment and treasuring life itself, taking care of yourself etc.. People in the moto community don't seem to be very open-minded.
Dude has his own company, trains a GP contender, is doing schools all over the world, and probably has more fans now then when he was racing. I don't see what's sad about that!

Spot on. Ryan is in better shape than most 25 year olds, and dances to his own tune. Nothing wrong with that.

|

A lot of these dudes would hate Tony Robbins

Wow lots of haters in here. Guess that's to be expected since we're all on an Internet chat room. Meanwhile this millionaire is in Hawaii soaking up the sun and surf in between banging 10's of course.
Seems to me like a great guy who still has so much passion and enthusiasm for a sport we all love too. He gives back in more ways than one. Even after all the injuries and dark times. He talks fast same as how he rides. Makes great points and is humble about it. Some of you guys just need to get out and ride me thinks. wink

|

5/3/2020 10:45 AM

He seems to be winning the quarantine. I don’t think I’ve ever listened harder to a guest.

Interesting, agree or not. Randy Richardson had the quote, Reno was “talking in square circles”.

I never listen to the Darkside show (no offence), but hey, Randy was on.

The gold medalist bmx biker on the wrap up show seemed to get a lot out of it.

Ryno is living his life, and he's found peace. Kinda a wild how much hate he's getting for being in that space. Perhaps some of you should look in the mirror?

He rode the hell out of a bike. 97 Millville a lot of people in the back corner b4 the rythym section. Riders look right into the corner, then hit it. Big crowd there, a pal and I where leaned over the fence. Yelling Destroy the berm, Ryan demolishes the berm, blasted us with sand. He rode for the fans big time. The next Lap the whole crowd was yelling for him. I would rather See Ryan be himself, than some fake like co. Rep guy.
