Both if you want to! But I normally drink it as fuel after the track or a gym workout so I can recover better!

Protein can be hard to digest. I wouldn't "load' with it before a race. I do Carb energy gels before motos. Works great.

That sounds horrible.

You want good intra-workout (moto) recovery then get a good brand of BCAA’s (LIT, is a great one) and mix it 50/50 with water & pedialyte. Will be delicious, and provide better recovery than protein because it’s easier to digest.

After. Before riding you want to eat some quickly digesting carbs that aren’t full of garbage. Fruit is great. After riding you want some more quick carbs/ sugar to spike insulin response and promote protein synthesis, along with protein.

Also, throw the Ryno power in the trash. Spend a couple hours researching protein and you’ll see, while his is good, it’s about 75% more than competitively engineered protein found other places online...

I’ve seen crazier things mentioned, so I thought I’d cover all bases.

Punt the protein. Best post workout drink is chocolate milk. Ask any pro endurance athlete. Carb load before. Use an electrolyte drink post race if it is hot or you feel dehydrated.

Agree with Deman684. Ryno Power is just a sticker on the container. You can get the same stuff at you local grocery store for allot cheaper if you want to go that route. Eating good food is still the best thing.

CORRECT ANSWER!

After workout/activity or first thing in the morning instead of eggs or in your smoothy.

Just eat a cheese burger, it has the same amount of protein, and it came from nature instead of you know, a factory in Kazakhstan.

This topic always turns into a shit show here on vital. But everybody that says your just paying for the brand name and if you went to Walmart and purchased the house brand "Great Value Protein" its the same product. You are wrong.

Your paying for the ingredients plus Ryno Power is a lot smaller brand. Ryno's protein dosnt have any of the fake sugars and GMO produced ingredients in it. This is what sets it apart from say the GNC house brand Whey protein.

People will comment and say that we have no proof that these products are slowly killing us but look at our society today and tell me otherwise! LOL

Supplements are a waste of money. But if I were wasting my money, it wouldn’t be on Ryno.

What is the brand name? Link? I would like to take a look for my knowledge.

Also why not pay the higher price tag to support a brand that is heavily involved in Moto. Just a thought

Gold Standard contains "Acesulfame potassium (also known as acesulfame K, or ace K) is an artificial sweetener, sometimes referred to in Europe as E950." natural and artificial flavors.

Muscle Tech contains "Sucralose, Acesulfame-Potassium." two forms of ARTIFICIAL SUGARS

Allmax contains "Sucralose" ARTIFICIAL SUGARS

BSN has one of the largest list of the 4 you linked "Other Ingredients: Protein Matrix Comprised of (whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, calcium caseinate, micellar casein, milk protein isolate, egg albumen, and glutamine peptides), sunflower powder (sunflower oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, mono- & di-glycerides, dipotassium phosphate, tricalcium phosphate, soy lecithin, and tocopherols), polydextrose, cocoa powder processed with alkali, natural & artificial flavors, MCT powder (medium chain triglycerides, non-fat dry milk, disodium phopshate, and silicon dioxide), lecithin, salt, cellulose gum, acesulfame potassium, sucralose, papain and bromelain."

I didn't fully look into all the ingredients just looked for what they where sweated with. But all contain a form of artificial sweetener. Not bashing any brands but at all costs I try to not put any artificial sweeteners into my body.

Ryno power is sweetened with:
organic evaporated cane juice
stevia

Anyway both are derived from a natural source. Just food for thought take it as you will.

I got RynoPower Support through Hookit so its cheaper than retail. I've been using the protein for my first meal of the day. I am currently doing I.F. on a 16:8 so its a great healthy kick start into my eating window.

Avoid the artificial sweetener shit! (Gold standard whey). They do a non artificial flavoured version, invest in that instead, do yourself a favour...
If you look, most of these products that are supposed to promote health and well-being, are full of shit chemicals that are far from healthy. Check the labels and pay a bit more for the non artificial sweetened stuff.

While my take on supplements has basically been "they are full of filler bs", all it takes is understanding the man behind RP to realize that you are getting a much higher quality product. Simply put, Ryno isn't going to put some buy in bulk GNC garbage in his body.
