2015 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross and Supercross Champion
Ryan Dungey to Appear on ESPN's SportsCenter
MORGANTOWN, W. Va. (September 15, 2015) - After one of the most successful seasons in the history of motocross, Red Bull KTM rider Ryan Dungey will be recognized for his accomplishments with a special appearance on ESPN's iconic daily sports news program SportsCenter, filmed in Bristol, Connecticut.
For the second time in his career Dungey won both the Monster Energy Supercross and Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship titles in the same season in 2015, clinching both before the completion of each respective championship. As a result of his success, Dungey was nominated for an ESPN ESPY Award for Best Male Action Sports Athlete, ultimately winning the fan-voted award and notching a significant mainstream milestone not only for himself, but for the sport as a whole.
With arguably the most memorable season of his career complete, Dungey will now have the opportunity of a lifetime to visit the headquarters of "The Worldwide Leader in Sports" and be a part of its flagship program.

Dungey will initially be featured on the 3 p.m. ET broadcast of SportsCenter on Wednesday, September 16, which runs from 3-6 p.m. ET, so viewers should stay tuned throughout the entirety of the program. On Thursday, September 17, Dungey and his Red Bull KTM will once again be featured on SportsCenter with a special segment slated to air during the 6 p.m. ET broadcast.
In addition to SportsCenter, ESPN's X Games editorial team will shadow Dungey throughout his day on the ESPN campus in Bristol. A variety of content with the champ will be featured on the site in the ensuing days, so fans should continue to check out the page.
A strong social media presence will come from Dungey's visit to ESPN as well. Fans are encouraged to follow the various ESPN channels of social media (ESPN, SportsCenter, X Games), from Facebook to Twitter to Instagram.

They do appear to be running several Sportscenters on ESPNews from 2pm to 6pm so perhaps that's the correct channel for today?
Who wouldn't be, though, glad he was able to have the experience.
Too bad that whatever they aired today was apparently buried on the ESPN News channel which is available to far fewer people than ESPN & ESPN2.
With FOX and NBC owning MX/SX TV I would guess that Red Bull cut a check to ESPN to make this happen more than I believe ESPN has an interest in MX outside of anything other than the X games.
Would be real wierd if dungey that.
