As chuffed with his result was Gómez. “I’m very happy because this race is so hard, I’m completely destroyed,” he said at the finish. “I tried to get away a few times and so did he, but it was just impossible for both of us.”

Both Gómez and Jarvis said they will most probably be back in 2017, perhaps then the local hero, injured Wade Young, will be on the start line to challenge them for line honours.
Roof of Africa 2016 Final Results

3. Scott Bouverie 16:21:56
4. Travis Teasdale 16:23:55
5. Blake Gutzeit 16:28:01

I really have mixed feelings on the FI two strokes as the geek part of me wants the FI and the bikes to continue to progress, the other loves his carb and the ability to tune the thing minus the weight and added expenses that can come with injection. More than anything I just wanna ride one to see what the characteristics are like. I think it's coming regardless of my opinion lol !!!!
