Read something just posted that Ronnie suffered a crushed spine from a crash. Don't know what kind of crash or even if this report was true. If someone knows I hope its not true and if it is Praying for Ronnie.

From Johner Kight Facebook post:

In the middle of umpteen THANK YOU mesgs i still owe to many heard some crushing news and want to relay. Long time friend, teamate, MX Champion minibikes and big bikes also Ronnie Tichenor was in a horrendous vehicle accident and had his spine crushed. Supposedly he is in surgery now and im waiting to hear more from his Sister Kymberly Tichenor-Keenan on his status. I do know he is a single Father and insurance is minimal so a fund raiser will be started and when it does i offered to post what i can to assist him and him family. For all who know him im sure you will do what you can but for those who dont let me state some facts. Ronnie had always been one of the best teamates i ever had my YAMAHA days and his entire family were as gracious and generous as any others we knew. The 2 years i went back to Florida Mini Olympics they treated my family and crew like we were related even when i hopped on HONDA PRO
Support his Dad still came over and greeted us with enthusiasm and congratulated me for all i had done and how psyched he was i gonna start racing the big boys....Could go on forever but rather wait til i hear more re' his status but please all your hopes and prayers Ronnie pulls thru. Will LYK soon as i do......

I hope he's okay. I ran across this piece the other day of Ronnie and his routine 10:45, check it out. Also, checkout Guy Cooper's massive triple to flat at 3:50:

If I'm not mistaken, he had many top finishes on a RM125, including a win at Daytona.
Get well soon.

I think it's Ronnie that has the best "save" of all time. MXA ran a multi-exposure photo sequence of it from an old supercross.

"Ronnie recently suffered a server injury while coaching two amateur riders at his local motocross training facility in Groveland FL. He was transported to a hospital shortly after where physicians assessed his injuries. Ronnie sustained burst fractures at his L1 and L2 vertebrae and underwent surgery to stabilize his spine. He is now recovering at a local hospital and is expected to start inpatient therapy this week."

Dang... hope he will be ok. In burst fractured my L1 exactly a year ago. Most painful injury to date. Unfortunately I have had a lot of them too. Sending thoughts his way.

He posted a video on social media two days ago that he has full feeling and movement, but it's going to be a long road back.
