I think what impresses me the most about KR is his accent, it's all but completely gone and last year it was so strong !

Aldon seems to bring more than just fitness to his guy's, they all seem to become mentally stronger too and that is a huge factor.

correct me if i'm wrong, but i was pretty sure aldon had a contract to train only train monster energy athletes or something along those lines.

There is no reason on earth why Aldon cant train people on different teams.

I cant see Rv spiltting until he is done racing or at least until his contract is done and he decides what his plan is from there. how many guys that Rv races against would love to have aldon train them. I would think dungey might be in line before roczen

As long as Rv and Aldon have been together I think RV probably has figured out the regime and can do it on his own. Look at his wife, She trains herself.
