KTM National sales manager died Wednesday from injuries at Cahuilla Creek. Have not seen anything here about it. Met Rocky a couple times when I was out at KTM in CA. Very good guy.

Rocky and the Aiello family are superb people. I was very saddened to hear this yesterday and couldn't actually believe it. I knew Rocky when he worked for Yamaha Motor Corp. and really enjoyed our conversations about family as well as racing. He made a successful transition to KTM North America and loved being around racing. Kai (his son) is a hell of a rider himself as well as a stand up young man and that is a testament to what Rocky and Jen did as parents. Rocky will be missed by a lot of people. Godspeed Rocky.

Rocky was a friend to everyone who knew him. I wish the best to his family in this tough time.

Darn. RIP, Rocky. My condolences to the Aiello family. All good people.

More bad news from Cahuilla Creek. Been happening often lately, it seems.

Rocky hired me at Yamaha in 2008. We are friends on Strava. I'm gutted to hear this. 😢

I have known Rocky for 15+ years between my time working at a So Cal Yamaha dealer and then working with/for him at KTM. He was such a good dude who would do anything for anybody. At least he went out doing something he absolutely loved. We should all be so lucky.
