Rmz 450 throttle screw broke????

I have a 2014 rmz450. Never had a major problem with it. Has about 100 hours on it. Today i went trail riding near my house (I never trail ride) and had stopped my bike on a trail to move a log. When i went to start it back up it would only start and idle When I held the hot start . i went to check the idle screw and it fell right out. I had to push my bike over a mile home. Never have i seen this. Anyone know how/why this happened ?

Could be an optical illusion but is the threaded end bent?

It was probably bent at some point when you tried to reach down and adjust and just gotten weaker over time. It seems like that bike was hard to reach down and adjust so you probably pulled on it every time. Not that familiar with that zuk tho.

Was the mile home all down hill? At least you could skip leg day for a week.

Would that braking cause the rest of the bolt to screw in causing the bike to have no idle? Well once i found a road put of the woods it was uphill about 1/4 mile. Yes legs are sore lol
