Damn i hated the first look of the new Zook but just look at the difference with a short silencer!
I was unfortunately not on scene that day so i cant speak of how loud it was but damn it would be worth it, even the yoshimura looks awkward with such a long silencer

Visually it looks 100 times better. Who knows if that much material will effect the motor.

I’ve kind of gotten over my silencer on mine, only ridden it three times but it does sound mild when riding it, I plan on getting a full FMF in next couple months but they are not much or any shorter than stock lol, I saw Daniel herlien Suzuki he raced in Australia had a shorter Yoshimura on it looked awesome

Just add a tooth on the sprocket, make sure you torque the bolts also

How did you do that? Looks a lot like a 2 stroke silencer now.

Yes, the butt dyno will show massive gains due to the audible deception.
However, a few clicks to the suspention and that beast will be tamed!

Two words... A TON.

Good luck making power with that!

In regards to an 09' and 11' 250 sx, the shorty seemed to give the fmf gnarly a bit of overrev back and expand the amount of usable power made. I hated the super shorty with the fatty. It didn't seem to make enough power down low to have anything to "lose" in the lower rpm range.

Changing the exhaust total length effects volume and therefore resonant frequency. A change in this area can help or hurt depending on other tuning/riding conditions.

Isnt that backwards for a 2 stroke?

For the 450 4 stroke what would be best for a supermoto conversion?
