Good. It needed to be said. I don't care what Stew said in the videos, even if he had years experience on the 450 and the best training in the world, he was still never beating Ricky outdoors. Nobody was.

Now that is funny! How's he stirring the pot? Bubbs talked shit on beating him on sugar water a donuts and he's just pointing out the bullshit. Like greenmx5 said, just because he said it, doesn't make it true. RC owned his ass.

Ricky does love stirring the pot until someone snaps back. Then he usually goes full ginger rage.

I´m sure they laugh together at this kind of stuff these days.

I knew these guys watched it too, I noticed chad always spoke nicely about bubba recently, but at the Vegas podcast he was a little different... James kinda trashed him in his interviews

This is so accurate. Nothing worse than a guy who dishes it out and is overly sensi when it comes back to him.

Saw that and laughed pretty hard. James talked plenty of shit in those videos so it's not unexpected that someone would want to give a little back to him.

Just an interesting stat I was curious to see... In Ricky's final part time season he raced 6 races. James completed 7. Ricky still beat him by one point in the overall points. Grinning

Dude Ricky knows just as well as Windham that no rider on a 250 stroker is beating a 450 thumper anywhere. Stewart had no chance that whole season. It was all bike that year.

I bet James swings back, and then Ricky swings back again, then James takes another swipe, Ricky gets all red faced and takes another swing, and then they both decide to settle it once and for all in a 5-lap showdown at the 2019 MEC. Laughing

Only race I ever saw with those two, TO SX, Stew fell in the first turn, Carmichael was leading and Stew went by him like he was standing still. Carmichael said 7 was “toying with me”.

Maybe Stew had salad that day.

Bit of a strong statement by Stewart, but the little guy has to grow some thicker skin.

You have $25,000,000 and all the accolades. Obviously Carmichael was incredible, just ask him.

Let it go, move on and practice announcing.

LOL! The truth will be here when the world's on fire! Everyone is gonna have a differing opinion depending on which side of the fence you're on. And obviously, I'm with RC. But as some pointed out after James' last video, he never seems to give credit where credit is due. It was never :"I just got beat". Glad RC called him out on his BS comment personally.
Now let's all have a laugh and move on!

James was faster, Ricky wanted it more. End of story.

People amaze me with this argument. It’s very simple. James was the faster supercross rider and Ricky was the faster outdoor rider.

Maybe I'm mis-reading you but in '03 RC was on a 250 2-stroke and Windham was on a 450F. RC won all but two- which Windham won.

Ricky is not exactly the most secure guy around! It would be hard to find another "personality" as prickly and defensive as RC. Listening to him overreact to every thing Jeff Emig says on the 447 Podcast is sometimes outright painful.

RC was the hardest working yielding him to become the Greatest MX/SX racer of all time.
JS was the most talented rider MX/SX racer ever on the track. I would guess powdered donuts was all he needed on certain days.

All that said, RCs comment was just ribbing his old rival. No biggie.

RC won the outdoor title on a 250 two stroke against 450 four strokes CONVINCINGLY. He also won two motos at mxon against 450 four strokes CONVINCLY. In the 2005 outdoor season, Carmichael could have brought that 2003 CR 250 out of retirement and owned James Stewart on it. Why Stewart wouldn't just man up and say he couldn't beat Carmichael outdoors is beyond me. He'd get more respect if he did. He's tarnishing his legacy in these interviews with comments like that and all the excuses.
