I get why but since everyone puts their two cents in, I would think a rider in his position (proven indoor guy) would take a chance at on SX only deal for a season in hopes at getting a shot from a bigger team for next year rather than go at it on his own. If it doesn't pan out, do the nationals on his own dime on someone like TPJ. Either way the Kid rips, I hope he gets something together, would be perfect on one of these teams like a phoenix racing.

Rough, but at least he is looking out for "what's best for Luke".

Maybe JGR will have a spot for him? I'd say he has the speed. Took a podium on that Traders Yamaha and 5th in the east championship.

Luke deserves a ride. He's one of the underrated riders each year who gets left behind, but always delivers. He isn't flashy and he isn't going to holeshot and check out and crash, but if you want someone to represent your sponsors well and finish in the top 10 in points, pick up Renzland.

Why is it that every time a rider is available people say “JGR should sign him” like they have unlimited funds and can sign anyone they want?

So they offered him a contract but he didn't take it? What could have been so bad that he would rather look for a ride instead of signing on?

Maybe he didn’t want to go the Canadian Nationals? Sounds like the team is doing SX East Coast and Canadian Nationals.

The new team is SX only and Canadian MX. No US outdoors. I would assume the contract was for both, not an SX only option. Assuming Luke wants to stay stateside in the summer. I could be wrong on that though. Just an assumption

Has JGR announced any other lites rider besides Amart? They could potentially have 3 spots open if they go with the same number of lites riders as they had in 2018

I didn't say they have unlimited funds? I thought of them because they have only announced one 250 rider for next year so they may have a spot left. Or the contracts are already signed with other riders but they're waiting with the PR, I don't know. And I didn't say ''JGR should sign him''. Maybe you missed the question mark.

That would make sense then. Too bad he couldn't get them to do a SX only contract

That would classify himself ineligible then.
