Renting a bike Oklahoma City 11/14 - 11/19

Realize this is kind of a long shot, but Im flying into Tulsa here in the next couple days to meet GFs family, etc.


Her parents live in grand lake and OKC, dad is gonna let us borrow a truck. I really dont know what the moto scene is like down there but it seems like there are some good places to ride in the area.

Does anyone know if it will be possible to rent a bike while Im down there? I could pay upwards of 200$ a day, probably just ride one day.

Would be happy to rent from a fellow vitard if anyone is willing.

There is a track between grand lake and OKC called Jandebeurs that rents Yamahas but I think just trail bikes. He has a lot of tracks and trails to ride there though. None of the other tracks rent bikes as far as I know. We've got lots of good tracks around though.

Trying to ride an mx bike at a track. GFs dad has a 230 that I can ride so trail riding is covered.

I think Im gonna bring all my gear regardless and go check some of these tracks out. I'll just bring a ton of cash and try to work out a deal with someone lol.

Freestone is pretty far from where I am in Austin, but would consider renting you my 2022 kx 250 to help you out.

My advice: go to Jandebuers, ride the vintage/vet track until your hands bleed on the 230, refuel, go do it again. I do at least 50 laps on that track every time I go down there. Really sick place and that track is totally rideable on a trail bike.
