I’m asking this here because I’m assuming there is more people with particular experience than in the off-road section.

I have a 2019 350 XCF that I use for offroad/gncc racing and some enduro riding. I’m looking into getting a rekluse to help prevent flameouts. Ive previously ridden a 300 so never had a need for a rekluse before but now I’m thinking about it. What is the difference between the core and the radius cx? Can I still manually shift it to get info a lower gear to lift the front end?

Yes you still shift the bike like normal and the clutch works like normal when using the lever. I believe the only difference between them is the Radius uses their new thinner plates vs standard plates on the core. I've had both and they both work awesome. I don't have enough time on the one in my new TX300 to comment on longevity but I put a few hundred hours on the one in my old 250xc and it was awesome and used the core exp.

I 100% agree with @Spooner, it is up to you on cost but both perform very very well, and behave exactly like a stock clutch action when you want or need them to. Worthwhile investment for sure.

exp uses your stock fibers and thier steels, the cx model will come with the tq drive fibers and plates and will add more in the setup then the exp model... you can always upgrade to the cx model from the exp if you need it... if you are not hard on clutches then the exp should work just fine fro you

For the price difference just buy the top of the line one and set it and forget it. Worth every penny.

Radius CX. I had one on a 350sxf and it feels exactly like stock. Just have to make sure it is adjusted properly and you'll be golden. I used to check adjustment every ride, and then after putting 5-10 hours on it, I noticed it almost never needed any tweaking.

Had one my last couple of bikes. One of the best upgrades you can do.

I have a radius cx in my 2019 yz250f, a core exp 3.0 in my 2020 ktm 250xc, a core exp in my 2015 fe501s. A core exp in my 2011 kx250f I just got rid of. I much prefer the feel of the core series personally.

Can you elaborate on the feel for the core vs the radius and why you preferred the core?
