Just saw this on Instagram. Talks like he knows going back to JGR next year isn't an option, for whatever reason.

I see him thanking the team. That’s all.

Not sure that's what I got out of it. This will be a few pages.

Maybe I'm making something out of nothing, but the way he worded it almost seems like a goodbye to me. Enjoyed his time at JGR, giving a shout out to his mechanic there, then saying he is getting to work to find a way to race next year. I don't feel like I'm reaching, but maybe I am Silly

He had a 1 year contract. His "time" with JGR is now officially over; it doesn't mean he can't return for another 1 year deal.

On the Vegas review podcast Matthes said JGR is going outdoors with only Amart and JHill. Not a good sign IMO.

I wish it wasn't so cryptic. Just lay it out.

Lots of balls in the air. JGR might or might not score a title sponsor.
I’m sure the no cross over from NASCAR is hurting. (who made that rule).

Reed has said JGR is first option. When you talking about last year you use past tense.

Reed is always playing the cryptic game, until something happens, nothing happens.

I actually think he did (well as much as Reed seems able to haha)
"enjoyed my time"
"full intentions of racing 2020 time to get to work on how to make that happen"
None of that says I'll be with this team next year but again it's Reed so who knows haha

Nothing cryptic at all in what he said. He said it was over. Too bad I was hoping to see him at a couple of Nationals but guess JGR said no to that.

If anything was good about it is they told him now so he has more time to figure something out.

The 15th qualification spot just won’t be the same without Chad around. Maybe they should retire that spot in his honor

Jgr will be done in moto soon. They might
Hang on for 2020 but sure seems Suzuki could give a fuk whereas in the cup side Toyota bends over backwards to keep them competitive.

I'm too lazy to look it up but I think Reedy was doing better than 15th.

It's unlikely those hiring riders don't already know all of this, but CR22 is putting his resume out there, he just "signed on to" CareerBuilders.comWink He's going to the dance, and he's looking for a date Laughing

They tried paying top dollar riders, B stage riders, rookie phenoms and an old man. Team just can’t catch a break. It’s sucks big time. I wish they would do better. Hopefully something changes.

I'd agree with that, except when we have fans who show up in here weekly saying things like, "Did you hear what that guy said? He lost me as a fan...", or, "Did you hear what that guy said? He gained me as a fan..."

So, no other sports have band-wagon fans among their ranks?

I'm sure they do, but some weeks I look at the comments and am amazed at what motivates people to be fans or not of a particular rider.

Reed will bring in his CBD sponsorship for a title sponsor for JGR. Saving the team and giving him another year on the Suzook.?

Can guarantee you joe Gibbs will not want anything to do with a cbd sponsor.

What rookie phenoms have they signed?

If he isn't racing for JGR next year it'll be because there's no JGR team to ride for.

I heard today that Kim Kardashian makes $1,000,000 for a sponsored Instagram post. With 137,000,000 followers that's about $0.0073 per follower.
So comparatively Chad Reed is worth $7,100 per Instagram post. How is that companies can see the value in her but JGR cant get a main sponsor?
