Since they're largely self funded and have a pay-model based on results, they then have two riders with huge potential and motivation... and if they both crash out then their costs come back also.
Are these guys to good to start there own program like DW15 ? I see Reed not needing anything but Hill, Marty D and JS17 are not really anything special. Go out and start with a bike and see if anything pops up after the first few sx races.
I would love to see Hill get a shot, results based pay and it would be a make it or break it deal for his career. On another note, how the hell does Vince still have his ride there? I know Genova has a soft spot for him, but when you have Reed, Savatgy, Hill, Davalos, etc... without rides I would think eother one of them is way better ROI than Vince.

Through Arlington where Friese got hurt, here are the point totals for the riders mentioned:
As the team has grown, so has Vince. They put all this effort into him to turn him into a guy battling for top 10 every weekend and then they are going to let him go to someone else to enjoy those top 10s? He's a sure fire rider who will get you up front, try his hardest, and get you on TV. Week in and week out he shows up.
Hill, Friese and Mookie would be a killer deal actually, everyone would be on fire for the heatraces atleast since they all have the speed for a shorter race
Id make Both Reed & Hill an offer.
Neither one gets a salary, both get good performance based paycheques. Hill MIGHT get great results. Chad won't, but brings great exposure.
Feel sorry for JS17 in this scenario, but, ya know, its business. See you next year to take Chad's spot.

On a side note..... has there been a figure change his image more than Tony A? He use to be a regular punch line of drama, right or wrong, now a well respected team manager. He pushed the bar and wanted the best for his kids. Did it in a very aggressive way to say the least. Was really misunderstood I believe now. Watched a few recent interviews.... Change man for sure! Best of Luck to Tony and the Team.

From what I have read and heard, the riders who have ridden on the MCR team all say that Tony will do whatever it takes to get his riders what they need or want. They all had nothing but good things to say about Tony.

Where have you been? He pissed away a factory ride, that dude needs to prove himself on his own shit. I lost respect for JS17 with the whole interview about Eli and Kawi, might have told it as it is but you don’t air your dirty laundry like that. I vote for Reed for exposure and testing purposes, they have Friese and Mookie for points.
Chad is healthy and more fit than he has been since 14/15. If he gets his ride ironed out he will be right around top 5 sniffing podiums. Hill will be a light switch. On and then off. It would be asinine to choose one of them over reedy. The amount of exposure he brings, along with knowledge, and actual results is amazing still.
1) Reed, 2) Savatgy, 3) Davalos. There are probably a few others and then maybe Hill.
I'm afraid Hill is the classic 'contract year' athlete - very concerned/comitted to performance - until he signs a contract. Then underperform because he simply doesn't have the will or heart to ride to his potential, more than once in a while.

None of the down-voters liked the AB to Pats deal either I guess? haha

For sponsor exposure? Probably Reed.
The Shop
Good position for MCR to be in a way with riders after that seat that on there night can do well and run in the top 5.
With Mookie they are covered on the exposure side, since he is very popular and also brings the excitement due to his ride hard mentality.
CR22 is on a farewell tour, and doesn't need the job. He would be 1st alternate as fill in rider if someone gets hurt.
JH46 needs to first prove himself, taking the privateer route to show potential employers his commitment.
Friese: 65 pts
Savatgy: 59 pts
Justin Hill: 39 pts
Reed: 83 pts

Pit Row
Reed would have a better shot than hill. Hill doesnt deserve a factory ride.
i was scared by the title that this is that "f*ck/marry/kill" type of convo.
