Redbud MX De Nations Lift Sought!

HI,

I'm planning on heading to the MX De Nations at Redbud in Oct.. I'm from Australia and can only find available accommodation in South Bend , 20 miles south of the circuit. Unfortunately there are not any transport links to the circuit so would be grateful if anyone who is passing South Bend on both Sat/Sun morning, en route to the circuit could give me a lift that would be awesome. Will be a fantastic event and if the nationals are anything to go by a wonderful atmosphere !! Please message me if possible.

there will be a lot of people staying in South Bend. I bet you won't have any troubles jumping in with somebody headed that way....

I live 25 min from the track just outside of South Bend. There are plenty in our group here that will be willing to help out all you guys coming in for this one.

Don't use an Uber. Me and my buds went to Washougal for my bachlor party a few weeks ago and took an Uber from Portland. It was fine getting there but getting home was another story. There will be no Ubers available near the track to get you back home. Luckily there was someone there that let the six of us get in the bed of there pick up truck and drove us an hour back to Portland because people into MotoX are good people.

I'm from the redbud area and you will have the same problem in Buchanan so don't Uber unless your willing to hitch hike back.

I agree with Mr. JB 500. I resided in Northwest Indiana for 54 years until a corporate transfer to GA 4 years ago.
For out of country or out of state travelers don't worry about lodging availability as US 12 and I-94 road travels from Chicago to Red Bud Michigan along the lakefront as lodging is available for $75 USD a night at Mom and Pop private facilities. Lake Michigan tourist traffic is about over in early October and demand is low. Close city examples for lodging in Indiana besides South Bend are Portage, Valparaiso, LaPorte, Michigan City. All within 30-45 minutes of RB short of MXON traffic jams into Red Bud. I suggest Michigan City as there is a casino there.
Just my Indiana frugal 2 cents approach.
