I think he was aiming to go inside but got a little buck wild at the end of the whoops and ended up outside instead.

AP been watching Bam-Bam. (I like Bam-Bam).

Bit dirty front wheel take out, but I’m sure there will be lots of bench race opinions.

He should have never, ever left the inside open like that.
If you watch it slowly it looks like he slammed on the brakes, but he had nowhere to go because of the wall on his left. I think he accidentally gunned the throttle when he got hit and that made it even worse.

So with 250M1 about to finish, I think something we need to watch for between sessions is track maintenance. How much, little, which sections, etc. It will have a big impact on 450M2, obviously, but the way this track is developing it might matter more than usual.

Looks like AP B lined for Forkner's line. The lines came together but not where they came together. I think had AP took the normal line Forkner would have had time to check up. Oh well, that is racing.

After watching that crash a couple of times now, it was totally a racing incident. Forkner was full tits out of the turn with nowhere to go. AP was aggressive but he probably thought Forkner would brake. Bummer for 35, hope he's not hurt too badly. The kid is not afraid to twist it, his closing and pass on AP was awesome.
