I wonder if theyll just keep the start like this if people like it. Its interesting because now nobody has an advantage on the start, because nobody has ever ridden it before. Starts are the most important part of the race and theres gonna be a clean slate- no home field advantage here for anybody.

Again, this is Mxgp organisation. Tracks are modified normally for GPs. That home advantage, blablabla. They take the track, make it their way and first day, new track for everyone.
QAnon tell you that?

Tim Richie Interview

Rumors of the MXGP folks wanting some track changes? LaRocco’s Leap? Can you comment on this and where’s the start going to be located?
The main track change was to house Youthstreams' pit lane structure. We use about 100’ for the nationals; they need around 300’. So making it fit proved to be a challenge. So the first turn area is getting changed around for that reason. That change added a bit of length to the over all track which they thought was a little long in the first place. So we cut out the loop after the off camber, creating a spectating area by the way. And the “hockey stick” before the Leap got cut out. With those changes the overall length is maybe 50 meters shorter. Yes, meters…. Not sure where the Leap rumor came from but LaRocco’s Leap is staying. And will definitely be interesting in the 250/450 motos!!

F that roller. Is it still doable with it? Idk how it would be. Definitely not on a 250. Someone needs to steal a loader the night before n flatten that thing then put the loader back. This is bullshit if nobody is going to be able to do one of the greatest jumps on the entire series, because they put a stupid roller before it. Get riiiid of it. Squash the freaken roller ya pansies. Eli, Marvin, and the top 10 guys still have to do it goin thru lappers, and some of the lappers are PUTTING around the track by the half way point. Like Im talking going C class speed because theyre so tired. If these guys can jump it with them out there then there is no freaking problem here.... #makeredbudgreatagain
Get a grip dude, The Leap will be done.... you OK now

Well when they changed the start at Budds for 2007 it ruined it. This start is gonna be pileup city. Most MXGP riders aren't used to full gates....

Hopefully they are installing a nitrous kit on the #25 Kawi and the #26 Yami, Bam Bam should be fine on his own! Wink

Starts are going to suck if you're stuck on the far right side of the dog house.

No idea, I'm at home in Canada. That said judging by the rig pics and the last pic I posted I would say the grounds and track look to be fine.

So this is pretty freaking sweet, a buddy of mines dad was at 87’ MXoN in Unadilla and still has the shirt! He is going to wear this weekend. They are just now pulling through the gates at RedBud.

Does anyone know what the racer tv package is? It’s 30 bucks, or was that the mxgp tv package?

Racer tv says live coverage begins Friday at 5pm for 5 hours.... What’s happening on Friday?

Friday is the rider introductions at 7pm EST. I think RacerTV is just an aftershow at the end of the day.
