The track is not the issue. Ferrandis and Barcia had no problems passing people. Tomac is doing everything he can. The other guys are just riding better. That's all.

He's looking very human. Letting lappers affect him more, not able to close gaps up like he's known for. Starts used to not matter for him, now he can't overcome a mediocre start. They're talking about the long season of constant training/riding, Zach has always given the impression that he never gets tired of riding. Hell, he went and raced a different discipline as a vacation. This may just be the year for him to shine.

Just joshin'. I read this entire thread so I have a pretty good idea of what went down. Thanks fellers. Hopefully my Gold pass let's me watch both motos later. Gutted for Amart but still good consistent finishes.

I wondered if Tomac would be ready after winning SX, having a baby and history working against him to win four in a row.

Looks like the SX hangover syndrome continues, even with Eli.

Or is Red Bud no longer a good track for him? To me, he couldn't pass people and that killed any possible momentum.
