I've been following this project for 3 years now, ever since I first heard about it from a good friend working at Red Bull. At first I thought for sure my friend was full of shit because regardless of how big RB goes this was truly out of this world. Many years and dollars later they are ready to send Felix 18 miles up into the stratosphere in a space capsule/weather balloon. From there he will step out into a near vacuum and free fall back to earth breaking all kinds of records but the big goal is to see if they can crack through the sound barrier in human freefall. Sick

Then look at Felix's setup. So tits.

Zelig: a person, typically an ordinary, unimportant person, who seems to turn up with surprising or unaccountable frequency in a variety of settings.
btw: that frame is really wild, what is it made out of? some pretty intricate bends.
I was invited out to the RB Air Races in San Diego 2009 and this is when I first heard about it. I seriously didn't believe they were going to do this but here we are! No limits.

Hope it goes exactly as planned. Imagine the mental preparation this guy will have to have. No backing out.
Also, this is awesome
Good luck to Felix and crew
