Really good race, got a few friends doing it, looks like a great weekend .

Good chance of a British winner too.

Yes he is , like i said, good chance of a british winner LOL

Looking at the rider list . Nathan Watson is seeded #1 , Ben Watson is 99 , and i think Jamie McCanney is there as well as David Knight.

Obviously Adrien Van Beveren is a favourite too, i guess the 1 hour sprint format will favour the MX boys a little more too.

Milko Potisek is back in the saddle properly too, he will be fast

Wonder how many thousands of euro damage to engines will come from this event. That long straight is bound to grenade at least a few foopers.

Damn that stuff looks crazy!! I'm considering going there tomorrow to watch the whole thing. On the other hand RedBull should have a top-notch livestream also so don't really know yet..

Its a fine line, you want to be on the wet hard sand if you can , much faster than the soft stuff further in.

Did you listen to Hearling's bike in the track preview? More than a handful of those bikes are going to experience catastrophic engine failure tomorrow.

yeah but Herlings did only a promotional lap ., so i doubt they did anything to the setup of that bike
... listen to the latest video , hear the difference ...

Doubt most of the weekend warriors do anything with the setup.

I doubt anyone has just rocked up with what they normally ride.

If you dont gear it for the long straights , you will blow the thing up for starters, and risking a motor for the cost of a sprocket is dumb.

the only thing i wouldnt do is a big tank, any beach race is a minimum of a weeks prep , with waterproofing and the like, and gearing would be 1 up on the front and 3 off the rear as a minimum.

Thats a fast track , and dry too, anything that keeps the revs down will help you finish .

Loved the race even with the shaky sat uplink. I wish we had events like that in the states.
