Recovery time required from a national by riders?

I’m scared to go onto the other thread about the nationals.

Wanna opinion on minimum days between.

Depends on the athlete.

Tomac 3 days. Others a week. Others...hmmm.

Depends on how much I drank, but usually at least a day...

Though Glen Helen in 2005 or 2006, it was hot and that margarita stand kept calling my name. So that recovery was a solid 2 days.

Or were you referring to the riders? (:

You are right! He was probably talking about fans.

It is a tough game being a fan at a national. My wife said so.

A couple years ago during i believe the Washougal national they said that Barcia was gonna leave instantly post race on a private jet to make a mountainbike race on the other side of USA the day after. These guys are in unreal shape i don't think they require that much recovery unless they really went deep..
