Recent passing Of Daniel Baker 431

I got the news yesterday saturday in the A:M.

He got into a car accident friday night. Please keep his family, in your thoughts and prayers, and if any of you all can maybe make a tribute from all the footage of him over the years, that would be greatly appreciated.

This is very hard, he was a good friend of mine, and recently had a daughter and just had purchased his first home with his wife.

His mechanic in that picture is one of my best friends. Met Daniel a few times when Chris worked for him at mad racing. Shocked to say the least, very sad. Sorry for your loss brother

I saw a post this morning but couldn’t find any more information, was hoping it wasn’t true. Had a fun battle for couple laps in the mud with Daniel almost 10 years ago at Ponca. Thoughts with his wife, baby, family and friends.

So sorry to hear man. Prayers for his wife, baby, and family. I raced with him a few times, and unfortunately was at the hospital the same time he was after crashing at mini o’s in 2012.
