Randomly ended up racing against gibby tonight at the local rc track. Hes a good driver. Lots of good battling going on tonight too.
I was running my sc10brs, He had a regular shortcourse i believe.
Dave and Steve.....have either of you guys tried the RC track at Glen Helen yet? I heard it was pretty large and fit 1/8th scale pretty well.

As for nitro buggys, I think the only track that's running them currently is Revelation.
I personally Think electric is the way to go. Nitro is fun if you can tune.. but if you cant... prepare to be pissed off 24/7 with that thing lol.
Here is some vids to MHOR. About 25-30 minutes from the Thunder Valley
Here is Unser track. They only to the gate drop on supercross Saturday's.
Not to mention you can have a waitress bring you a nice cold tall beer while you're racing......
I heard about a track and showed up and they were racing that day. Even though I had never even seen a real RC track I signed up and gave it a shot. The guy I was racing against in the silver truck was the owner ofcoarse. Doh.
@dirtydave that video gives sx another reason to not put a triple after the start lol..total bash fest... looks like fun though
Fun vid and would love to have one as nice here! Thank you for sharing.

I read this entire thread without a clue as to who makes what in this hobby! Sounds like ton-o-fun though.
