That was fun to watch.
2 things:
1 - How many of you spent way too much time trying to "tilt" the view up in your mind? That camera was pointed too low!
2 - RV is so fast he makes lappers crash before he even passes them (anyone know who this was?):
three thumbs up! I agree the angle had me wishing he was sponsored by the 360 degree view company. however, the sound was freaking incredible!!
yamaha isn't paying RV enough, 125 sales just bumped up even more..
Always found it hard watching RV helmet cams... don't know if it's the position of his head or the camera or both but looking down at the front fender makes me sick....
Cheers, Crush

Yea, that made my neck hurt. But anyways, that was awesome. I did an informal lap time with my phones stopwatch and his lap time was right around the 2:21.1 range. Pretty damn good for a retired guy on a 125!
Haha....that was awesome! Especially the end when he's talking about Brownie.
Side note : RV.....move your damn camera up about 5 degree's!
And thank you RacerX for making this possible. And big thanks to Joey Lancaster who gave birth to this NW craze around here!
And there goes Jeffro. One of God's own prototypes. A super high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

As much as I wanted to watch it, quit after the corner Brown got stuck in, staring at his front fender not that interesting

Would that time be good enough to get into the show?

Wasn’t a fan when he raced, but am now. Cool to see he has grown a public personality and is having fun.
Cool, I bet the real racers never follow, or else he would have hit the 40 some years young guy who got the shot.
Never say never.

Hard to say exactly where he could possibly finish if he were in shape. And the track was a whole lot rougher during the main moto's. But if you were to JUST go by lap times , then yes.
In the 450 class , those lap times would have put him between about 11th - 13th. But....he was on a lot smoother track. Only had 4 laps too.
In the 250 class , it would have put him in between about 14th - 19th.

Makes me yearn for the sound of booming 4 strokes.

Whoever was in charge of camera placement should be fired. Waste of what could be an awesome video.
So is the new 125 race the new national veterans Class? I'm seriously considering buying a Yamaha 125 or 250 as a Christmas gift to myself this year! The 125 looks like a fun cheap class to race again

No bigger disappointment when you catch a mad race on your helmet cam, rush home excited to watch it only to realise youve set it to point at your bar pad and fender all moto.
Still so much better than any garmin cam tho, those things are horrible.

I know I’m watching that saying to myself “a yz with a 144 kit would be so much damn fun!!”
Can we just dump the 4 jokes already and admit they were a terrible idea.... that was straight up pornographic.

125's are really fun though.

1- Monster logo placement is key
2- Old mate can tell his mates RV had to earn the pass and was lucky he fell off

Pretty sure that was a fuck up. They didn't do that on purpose. Mike Brown's video made up for it.
