Things to chew on here:

1. The way this young man rides, I don't think his bike could last a 30 plus 2. It probably wouldn't last on fuel consumption either.
2. That bike is tuned like shit. Unless they intentionally have it jetted extremely rich to compensate for the sand and heat? Boy did it sound fat and flat up top.
3. I did some looking, and took his lap time from the second lap and it was a 2:24.17, a very respectable time as Ben Nelko (an absolute badass on a dirt bike with 1 current point in the standings) turned his best time in 250 moto 1 at 2:24.40 so obviously Gage is turning a competitive time if he would've been able to qualify. However his time would've put him mid 50's in timed qualifying- but track and weather conditions are very different between 9am and 2pm.
4. Good ride kid, you're very fast.

I watched Hodges yesterday. If I could just ride one lap in my life that fast.

So fun, the top 5 were going so fast the only thing that can make you feel better is yell cheater bike, haha. Hope they keep doing these next year.
