Last week Daniel Blair said Barcias ride for the rest of the series is secured and Davi isnt coming back for SX.

From what i've see in the Backround, the Tracklayout looks like A1. So i think this was prior to A1.

Damn....8 minutes. That's a hell of a hit. I remember one of mine where I was out for only about 15 seconds , and then walked around the house for a week feeling punch drunk. Holding onto the walls just to make it to the bathroom. 8 freakin' minutes? Weather or not Davi comes back , I wish him the best of luck. He looks good , so hopefully see him back out there at 100%.

If I remember correctly, this is from race day live during Anaheim 1 right before final qualifying.

You know...all this, DM being out for 8-minutes and all makes me think of Stewart. How many concussions he’s had that we know of, the latest being from the Dungey t-bone two years ago...but how many more nobody but he knows. Wow. No wonder he hasn’t come back...and probably never will.

It's hard to tell from this clip if David has some lingering effects from his concussion. He's always been a goofy interview. He does seem to be cognizant of doctors pending diagnosis and he's not personally sure that he's 100%. Hope he's ok....He's been a good addition to the sport.

Yeah Jeffro, him being out for 8 minutes is absolutely crazy. The first people too him were probably thinking the worst had happened.

I agree. For sure the guy has had some bad injuries, but I also think it's been a question of motivation over the years. Yet sure enough, every January he seems to have a factory level ride. I can't see the return on investment but clearly the people writing the checks must.

Same, i Instantly thought of James with the concussion talk.... I'm sure his doctors may have told him to wait, even though he wanted to come back in this regard... 8mins is a long time to be out. I got a concussion playing hockey and was off for about a month, dealing with headaches and feeling like i was in a fog thinking wise and responses... which were delayed... like i could think what i wanted to say, but it would take awhile to come out.. needless to say, Millsaps definitely is going the right way about it, and letting his brain take the time to heal.
