Ping is talking about the 125 invitational races at the nationals, there’s one at Hangtown like there was last year.

Well im gonna be at Hangtown this year for sure and if RV races the 125 dream race ill be having meself a front row seat for it!! Now if he raced a 450 THAT would crash the internet ...#GORV2!!

Was there ever a legit announcement that the 125’s were gonna be at all 12? I know I heard it thrown around but I don’t recall seeing a press release or anything

I never read an announcement but Ive heard it over it multiple times about them being at all 12.

I can see him doing a few of the 125 races. Probably the ones closest to him or the tracks he enjoys, but not all 12. He retired so he didn't have to race every weekend haha

Ok , I haven't heard that one. I thought it was 3 - 6 rounds , but haven't heard anything concrete. That would be the best damn thing to happen to the nationals in a long time if true.

Bugs me that they sort of make it into a novelty type race though. In the GP's , they take that 125 class very seriously , and I really wish we would too. I mean a legit 6 round series for fast up and coming 85cc pilot's moving up.....just like the GP's. They realize how important that class is....and for some reason , we don't.

All 12 rounds would be a big step in the right direction! Hopefully it stays and gets more serious every season until the factories are forced to realize 125s rock

Coombs said something about it and that we need the 125 class back. Not sure how close it is to being for sure at all rounds though.
