RMZ250 TRANS ISSUE 4TH GEAR

Is or has anyone had a 4th gear issue on a RMZ 250 ?
I am about to take on the NO 4TH GEAR complaint on a 2010 bike. Anyone heard of this being a common problem or a tech bulletin released ?
