Bastards processed and shipped my order in one day and received it in 2 days.
Order date: 2019-08-05 12:35:14.86

Received Wednesday 8-7 at about 2 pm.

I've never had a problem with their shipping but this one surprised me, I didn't expect it until Friday at the earliest.
I might be ordering again next week but so far my luck has been real good with them.

If you're in the SLC area and order by 3pm you can expect your parts the next day

WPS in Boise will deliver to the local shops the same day if order gets in by 10:30. Not to your door but close by same day.

Man I ordered from bto sports and am disappointed. Said all parts were in stock then 3 hours later I get an email saying my parts won’t ship until Friday because one piece isn’t in stock. Only reason I used them is because of the pulpmx code... 1.50 off total price of 230. Won’t be using bto anymore.
I just spent 1k thru bto sports haha, even paid for two day shipping 🤦‍♂️

Perfect timing for this thread. I typically get my parts from Motosport.com. Good prices, variety to pick from, one stop shop. Lately, the shipping time is ridiculous. I'm talking, I might as well order it from the dealer. If a couple is an online retailer and has the product "in stock", it should not matter where in the country they are shipping to, you should have the product in 3-4 days. That's just the retail environment we are in. I will be taking my business back to RMATV, because they've always delivered on that timeline.

Just bought a bike again after being out of sport for a few years. Bought all my gear and some bike essentials haha. Broke the bank just a bit, but it’ll be alright haha

RM is by far the best online. I've ordered from just about all of them I think and RM always has the best selection and deals. Not only that, their customer service is best in the business and the shipping department has got it on lock. They've made very few mistakes over years and multiple orders, but each time they make it right. I ordered some backgrounds and trim kit for a pit bike I while back. When I looked at them, my last name had a A instead of a O. I simply contacted them, sent a pic and 2 days later they had sent the whole complete kit again, with the right letter. I was just expecting the two rear side backgrounds, I would have been cool with that.

Recenlty had a problem with RMATV - problem was they ship my stuff too fast, LOL. I ordered parts and 20 minutes later noticed in the confirmation email that I had ordered the wrong bend of bars. Called their customer service hoping they could change the order but they said the order was already packaged and going through shipping. I am in IA and usually recieve orders in 2 days. Shipping, pricing, and rewards (rm cash) they are leading the way for online parts ordering!!

Order whatever you needed and it would be there next day in the morning! They kill it.

Last year I needed a new chain and sprockets, and after listening to hours of PulpMX, I decided to email Jake at Vortex to see about a discounted price. He got back to me with a number that was still higher than Rocky Mountain's. When I pointed this out, he told me to buy from wherever I could find the cheapest price.

This is not a dig at Vortex or Jake, but a compliment to the pricing of Rocky Mountain. They really impress me.

I just had a similar experience. 2 day shipping promised up front, took 2 days to process, and will arrive a week after ship date or 10 days after ordering. Last order with them unfortunately. Emailed asking what the deal was, no response of course.

The best is when you order what you really need and then get some filler parts like oil filters or grips to get to free shipping and then the filler part is what delays the order by a week!!! Pinch

I haven't used them in a while (not for any particular reason) but I'll have to give them some business next time I need something! I typically use Motosport and haven't had any issues.

Some races even give you RM Cash which is greatly appreciated.

Any time I stop down at my dealer they tell me they can have it the next day or two and they usually do. But the interweb has made it so easy to never leave your house to order from the dealer or pick up from the dealer! I can get home from a race Sunday night and order from Rocky mountatin and it ships Monday. Most shops still aren't open Monday. I've told the dealer they need to drop ship in order to compete and they just look at me like I have 9 heads.

My favorite thing about RMATV is how you end up earning those RM bucks.. I ending up saving enough of those RM bucks to buy a new set of IMS footpegs for one of my bikes..

Like others have said.. I put a cart in RMATV and in Motosport and end up buying the cheaper of the two.

Those bastards got me too...Ordered wheel bearings Wednesday night, being delivered today. And they give me free money to buy more stuff, or on this order my RM cash paid for shipping. I am in Denver, so pretty close to the Utah warehouse.
RMATV is my go to for everything. I still try to support local shops, but waiting in line for 20 minutes to find they have to order it, takes a week and costs double is a joke
I used to order a lot from Motosport, but the shipping takes a while. Ordered new gear last Tuesday and it didn't get here until the following Tuesday. Also it seems you only get reward dollars for specific items now. I spent $200 on new gear, didn't get any rewards?
