Tough to tell without knowing condition of the rest of the bike. Seems a tad high to me if it's just in average condition, but it might be mint. I picked up an '03 with a new eric gorr 144 kit, pro circuit pipe and silencer, boyesen rad valve, and some atrocious graphics Sick for $1,600. The bad part is I bought it the week before my youngest son was born about a year ago and still don't have any time to ride the damn thing. It's quite the garage ornament at the moment, haha.

Sounds a little pricey unless its in great shape. My first new bike was an 02 and to this day it was the best bike I'd owned up till my current 150sx.
