I'm so sorry for your loss. None of us can imagine what your going through, but you'll be in my prayers brother. As a father of a young rambunctious son, I hope you find some peace through this tough time.

Sorry guys just grieving. My son Max, who raced MX, AX and off road passed last Tuesday. Long time Arizona kid until two years ago when we moved to Tennessee.
Yesterday world have been his 19th birthday. We have no idea what caused his death as he passed out at his girlfriend's and stopped breathing. No drugs involved as he was 100% committed to reaching and being fit for that. #RipMax211
Hey bud, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Trust me when I say I know exactly how you feel. I lost my boy july 19th 2019. He was 27 at the time. My boy was stabbed in the chest while helping to break up a fight. It is a club no parent ever wants to be a part of. I cant tell you that it goes away as all it takes is a memory or a pic to set you off. These next couple months are going to be very, very hard for you and your family. I try to think of all the memories we made together to help with the pain. Hold you head up and keep moving forward one foot at a time. It is what he would expect from you!! Godspeed to your son sir!!

Ted, I knew Max from the Midsouth AX races. I always enjoyed BS’ing with him, especially when he would come inflate my ego telling me I was a pro pitbiker Laughing

Your son was a good kid and will be missed by all of the MSAX crew. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Godspeed 211!

Thank you all for the kind words and those of you who have reached out directly. We're not doing "a funeral". We're having a memorial ride day at our house (we built a track for our son) on Sunday, as that's what he would want. Next year on his birthday we will spread his ashes at the cross at Ocotillo Wells, the place he was practically raised at and learned to ride. Thankfully we'll have him home Sunday for his memorial. Thanks again to all of you and no matter what people say about this place, there's a lot of good at Vital!
