Woke up this morning to the terrible news that we lost another freestyle legend Eigo Sato.
Eigo, in true Japanese fashion, was always respectful, kind and worked so hard at his craft. He was a great showman who always pushed himself.
He has been a staple on the Red Bull Freestyle tour and was always in the mix for a top position. Truly one of the best in the world.
He was a magician on two wheels, no matter what discipline (freestyle or MX) he was riding.
RIP Eigo, you will be missed and will always be respected.
Regis.

It's irrelevant.
Every wreck is an opportunity, just like every launch.
Rest in peace Sato. Your life looked very full, and that should bring joy and inspiration to others, regardless of the age or manner of passing.
So sad ...
From Bercy last year.
He did well in events because of tricks like these. Always extended and oh, so smooth.
Even more, he was an awesome human being and that is why it hurts so bad. Maybe it was his culture, but he was one that knew respect was not given, rather earned. So he treated everyone with respect.
