Also that's Kevin Windham in the foreground , he was in third place at the time, that's how far RC and Bubba were ahead of him, Kevin won the moto,RC got up and finished 2nd in the moto and won the second moto for 1st overall.

RC has 48 SX wins- he should of gone for 50.
Could of raced Part Time in 2008 and would of got a few as JS7 was out..
Obviously it didn’t matter to him, he stopped racing the nationals even when JS7 went out in 2007- that would of been one more title he could of coasted to.
These are great photos- i can’t believe JS7 only won 1 SX title and 1 MX title after RC retired.
He went out injured 07 MX, injured 08 SX, didn’t race outdoors 09/10/11, injured 2010 SX, injured 2012 MX. That was probably his 5 year window for glory!
There are a fair chunk of titles he could of had in those years with some different decisions/luck. These are my 3am thoughts haha

RC talked about wanting to walk away because of James pushing it in Supercross. I’m not saying RC isint the goat. It’s a shame RC quit when he did as he finally had someone a to push him and he walked away. That season was great. Too bad James crashed all on his own there last race and hangtown or a close 5 race series would have been closer.
