This is awesome! Thanks, Johnny Ringo! Back then, it was “just racing”.

The 5th picture where Ricky is all out of form doing a no footer.. was that Southwick? I remember I went to that race and saw that pass. RC4 never let go, full throttle cross rutted feet flying... What a bad ass.

What's the context on the first picture of RC flipping the bird to Stewart? Looks like it's from 02.

I think he is throwing a peace sign. Hard to see, but looks like he has two fingers out.

Man, these photos bring me back to when I was starting to get into moto, and all the happy memories that go with.
On that note, my wife and I watched a couple of the supercross' where James and Ricky were battling head to head, and man. Watching the whoop speed and especially corner speed, it truly looks like they were going faster on those bikes than the fastest racers of today. Not sure if it was just because there body language and way they move the bike is 100% different, or what, but man it was more fun to watch.
I know it is impossible to ever know whether they were faster, or slower. Nowadays they definitely look slower, but they also just might look that way cause everyone is seemingly riding the exact same way.

Is the bottom pic RC pulling the Kawie of Stewart off of him after he literally crashed his brains out trying to beat RC? If so, good on RC. Stewart looks like he's out like a light.

I also went to that race, Unadilla. Damn my dad really spoiled me. And if I remember correctly, RC4 was moving out of the way Stewart's bike, as it was on the top of his.

And I’m pretty sure Stew was out like light as well. I hope that dude brain is okay all these years later. He’s been knocked out so many times.

Unadilla 2003. Friday practice used to be top 10 125s/250s together
Not photoshopped because I was the one who took the picture, And the photo was taken on Saturday not Friday.

The good old days when the qualifying/practice occurred on Saturday's. Here's a photo of Bubba hanging with the fans that same Saturday evening.

Why else would they be on the track at the same time...unless someone has a backstory
In outdoors they ran the top 125 guys and the top 250 guys in the same practice. I was at Millville in 2003 and witnessed Stewart on a 125 blowing past Carmichael in that long whoop section. Unbelievable how fast he could ride that 125

That’s one of my photos from the 2005 Pontiac SX in the second set of photos, RC is telling Bubba who is number 1 lol
Here is a larger version of it

Here is a cropped photo showing RC is using his index finger. They were just playing around, This was during Friday practice when they still had Friday practice,it was a good time for taking photos.

Here is the famous Unadilla incident, I took the photo a millisecond before Bubba landed on RC
